These terms govern access to and use of the University of South Asia portal and its connected academic and administrative services.

1. Acceptance of these terms
By signing in to or using the portal, you agree to follow these terms, applicable university policies, and instructions issued by authorized university personnel. If you do not agree, do not use the portal.
2. Authorized access
The portal is intended for authorized students, applicants, faculty, staff, and approved service providers. Access may be limited according to your assigned role, enrollment, employment, or other relationship with the university.
3. Account security
- Keep your password and verification details confidential.
- Do not share your account or permit another person to act through it.
- Use accurate information and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
- Sign out when using a shared or public device.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the portal to:
- Access records, features, or accounts without authorization.
- Disrupt, damage, probe, reverse engineer, or bypass portal security.
- Upload malicious code or submit unlawful, harmful, misleading, or abusive content.
- Misrepresent academic, financial, attendance, examination, or identity information.
- Use university systems for unauthorized commercial activity or mass communication.
5. Academic and administrative records
Portal information may include applications, enrollment, attendance, examinations, results, fees, and other university records. Users are responsible for reviewing their information and reporting apparent errors through official university channels. Displayed information remains subject to verification under university records and policies.
6. Intellectual property
Portal software, branding, course materials, documents, and other content may be owned by the university or its licensors. You may use such content only for authorized academic or administrative purposes and may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.
7. Service availability
The university may maintain, update, restrict, or discontinue portal features. Although reasonable efforts are made to keep services available and accurate, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when required for security, maintenance, policy enforcement, or when your authorization ends. Suspected misuse may be investigated and handled under applicable university rules or law.
9. Privacy
Personal information handled through the portal is governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable university procedures.
10. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as services or requirements change. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms. Questions should be directed to the University Help Desk through official university support channels.
